AFI USA began their expansion into the North American real estate market over a decade ago and recently completed a full building renovation of the former New York Times building in Times Square. AFI USA called upon CONANT ARCHITECTS to design their New York offices in their own Landmarked building with the intent of using their own office space a showroom highlighting the potential of their newly available real estate.

The client craved a modern aesthetic to compliment the interiors of the building itself. Several white finishes with variations of textures were used in this minimalist environment. The entry pops with a red-hot back painted glass plane and museum lighting is used to showcase AFI USA's properties and up-coming projects.
