Lois received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Catholic University of America in 1986, and completed her Master of Architecture as part of the Tau Sigma Delta Honor Society from the University of Michigan in 1989. She began her career as a Project Architect in Washington, DC and then moved to New York to work on Morgan Stanley’s Headquarters. Lois later joined Gensler in New York City as a Senior Project Manager in 1996, where she completed major interior design and international strategic planning projects for companies such as Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, McKinsey & Co. and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. She then joined Lehman Brothers as a Project Manager before joining Conant Architects. 

A member of the American Institute of Architects, Lois is a Registered Architect in the state of New York, and actively participates in industry events. She has received the 2003 BOMA Office Building of the Year Award and has been published in Interior Design Magazine and Office Insight.
