Inside Park operates on the terrace of Saint Bartholomew’s Church located on Park Avenue and 51^st street in Midtown Manhattan.  Looking for a fresh look and new menu, CONANT ARCHITECTS was called upon to renew this one of a kind space.  Updated facilities, equipment and décor were what the client was looking for at the 1918 built landmarked building. 

Under the management of the food services giant Sodexho and the executive chef Matthew Weingarten, the scope of work was to include terrace dining for 180, interior seating for 225, and a fully updated commercial kitchen located below the terrace level.

With a focus on local, seasonal and responsibly sourced ingredients, the taste of the food and the experience of the space compliment each other.  A subtle yet sophisticated use of materials and finishes sets the tone for the new dining experience at Café St . Bart’s.
