When an existing law firm vacated five floors, Heller Ehrman clearly realized the opportunity of having a 50,000 s.f. New York address with a built-in infrastructure.  An extensive program and staff projection was developed, and with a keen eye for reuse, the existing space was documented and evaluated against the clients needs.
