Colgate-Palmolive is a corporation with a tradition of over 200 years of iconic household products.  CONANT ARCHITECTS’ mission was to re-design their headquarters in a cost-effective manner, while introducing new workplace standard types that will carry the company through the next quarter-century creating a new tradition.  Main focuses were on shared employee daylight, collaboration, flexibility of workplace types, and LEED Certification. 

Limited offices along the perimeter with glass fronts, a new palette that incorporated Colgate’s branding colors, and new shared meeting spaces all facilitated the client’s goals for the space.  Relocation and renovation of main reception, as well as the cafeteria and training rooms paved the way to the beginning of a new institution.
