CONANT ARCHITECTS was engaged to design and implement a full renovation of all shared spaces including lobbies, elevators, toilet facilities, pantries and conference areas. The project could not interrupt the constant flow of activity and was delivered on time and on budget.
This discerning client with high expectations assembled a client cross section of traders and staff to provide programmatic input for the renovation. Guidelines included high end European toilets, state of the art conferencing and elegant lobbies and elevators.
The challenge of the project was to provide a seamless design concept across fifty two projects that were implemented in phases. Attention to detail and quality control made the difference between a successful project and an exemplary project.
